Ingredients for 2 persons
1-2 Ondine Flat Nectarines
4 slices of sourdough bread (or your favoritebread)
200 gramsricottacheese
50 grams of natural nuts
2 tablespoonshoney
A few drops of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the Ondine flat nectarines, then thinly slice them.
2. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
3. Season the ricotta cheese with a bit of salt and pepper.
4. Spread a generous layer of ricotta on each toast and assemble the nectarines on top.
5. Next drizzle some honey over everything and sprinkle the chopped nuts on the bread and add a few drops of olive oil.
