Agro Sélections Fruits (ASF) was founded in 1996 by Arsène and Laurence Maillard, who were pioneers in the development of stone fruit.

After years of innovation, our flat nectarine and flat peach varieties continue to surprise with their exceptional aromas, colour, and delicious, sweet and slightly acidic flavour.

In 2018, ASF joined Frutaria (Samca Group) to combine the Maillards’ expertise with Frutaria’s varietal improvement programmes.

The result is an unbeatable portfolio of varieties in terms of production capacity, consistency and organoleptic attributes, coordinated by the Frutaria Innovation division.

The Maillards’ mantra is to pick fruit gently and at the right point of ripeness, and this is the principle by which they have lived their lives. Over the years, they have focused their efforts on ensuring that grocery shelves are stocked with quality fruit for consumers.
