Ingredients for 4 persons
3 Ondine Flat Nectarines
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved) or 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
225g fresh mozzarella (sliced or use mozzarella balls)
Fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the Ondine flat nectarine and tomatoes.
2. Cut the flat nectarines into thin wedges. If needed also cut the mozzarella into rounds.
3. On a large serving platter, arrange the flat nectarine slices, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Also add in some fresh basil.
4. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the salad. Then drizzle the balsamic glaze on top.
5. Finally season everything with salt and pepper.
