Ingredients for 4 persons
2 Ondine Flat Nectarines
1 cup of granola (you can use your favorite granola or make your own)
2 cups of plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the Ondine flat peaches. Cut each one in 2, remove the stone and slice them into thin slices.
2. Place a layer of yogurt in your glass or bowl.
3. Next add the sliced flat nectarines followed by the granola
4. Garnish with some more nectarines and a fresh min leaf. If you like an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey or maple syrup over the layer of granola.
5. Serve immediately so the granola remains crunchy.
